WHAT'S NEW?  Brief summaries of important events in our church's life.

Get a head start on reading the books that the CTS Book Club will be discussing in 2007/2008. This group meets monthly―usually on the last Sunday of the month at 7:00 pm—to discuss a current or classic book of interest from the perspective of Christian faith. This year the readings will be:

              September      Othello by William Shakespeare

(This will be a pot-luck supper kick-off for the year and will begin at 5:30 pm)

October          Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi

              November      Snow by Orhan Pamuk

January          No god but God by Reza Aslan

February        Confessions of a Christian Humanist by John W. de Gruchy

March            Ahab's Wife by Sena Jeter Naslund

April               The Life of David by Robert Pinsky

              May               Gilead by Marilynne Robinson
